We are looking for high-energy, self-driven individuals with a proven track record in RF and Microwave product design, analysis and testing of Microwave Integrated Circuits (MICs), Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMAs) and RF Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) ranging from L-Band to Ku-Band frequencies. The successful candidate must have fundamental knowledge of RF testing methods and techniques, have hands-on experience using RF test equipment, and have test automation programming experience. The candidate should be self-motivated, interact effectively within multi-disciplined teams with a desire to take on a future team leadership role, and engage effectively with internal as well as external customers, vendors and sub-contractors. The candidate should be prepared to work in a high octane production driven environment and travel to external vendors and sub-contractors will be required.
Must have at least 2 years of related technical work experience with RF/Microwave components, circuits and products
2 years of Hands on experience in the Design, Analysis, Modeling/Simulation, Bread?boarding, Testing, Troubleshooting and Failure Analysis of RF/Microwave components, circuits and products
Experience in test software tools including: C, C++, Visual C, LabView, LabWindows CVI, NI Test Stand or comparable
Experience in design software tools including: Keysight ADS, National Instruments AWR Microwave Office, Sonnet em, Ansys HFSS, AutoCAD or comparable
Experience with lab test equipment including: Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Scalar Analyzers, Signal Generators, Noise Figure and Power Meters
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. DOD Secret Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
Experience in system level design software tools including Keysight Genesys or SystemVue
Experience working with Matlab and legacy DOS based computer systems
RF Subsystems Design and Troubleshooting experience
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
