The MSM C&SC FEOTB Lead provides the leadership and support across the MSM organization to support business strategy, drive growth, and to continue to mature C&SC capability in capture management. The MSM C&&SC FEOTB Lead reports to the Sr. Director of C&SC for MSM. Responsibilities include:
Provide C&SC leadership and support to key teaming efforts (prime and sub) in support of MSM business strategies.
Drive increased competency in capture support through deployment of tools, processes, and training across MSM Contracts and Supply Chain through partnership with C&SC Operations.
Partner with Business Development to ensure appropriate early engagement on key pursuits.
Coordinate with Business Development and the IDIQ Service Center to increase IDIQ business growth in MSM.
Partner with Strategic Sourcing to leverage that capability across MSM pursuits.
Lead C&SC support of the Advanced Concepts and Technology organization.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in multiple aspects of Contracts or Supply Chain.
Ability to build relationships with strategic customers and suppliers.

Commercial contracting knowledge.
Raytheon Six Sigma Certification
Required Education (including Major): Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
