The Director, Program Execution and Investments is responsible for managing all aspects of creation, capture and program execution including financial management, customer interface and business growth for the >$100M of revenue a year in the ISR&C Portfolio. This role will also oversee all program execution of the ISRC $600M+ in annual sales with several program managers responsible for cross-functional teams in the areas of engineering, finance, supply chain, mission assurance, operations, contracts and human resources. This person is responsible for ensuring the execution of all PM best practices across the total portfolio of Program Managers.
Total portfolio / program execution - cost schedule and technical and meeting AOP (Bookings, Sales, Profit Cash)
Develop and implement strategy plan to continue to grow the program(s)
Capture new business
Program management of all the investment funds totaling ~$40M to include all aspects of EVMS, Schedule, Risk and Ops, Sales, Cash and financial aspects of the investments.
Responsible for developing tactical and all aspects of operational plans and strategies that will directly impact the achievement of overall functional results.
Directs the execution of strategies established by functional leadership. Establishes operational plans for job area with short- to midterm impact on results.
Coach large teams and conduct extensive investigations to understand the root cause of problems
Create workforce and staffing plans for department / unit to ensure proper staffing.
Develop mid to long-term plans on how to optimize his/her organization and the talent required to execute strategies for the job area
Minimum of 14 years of progressive experience in engineering, capture and/ or program management
In depth knowledge of program execution
Knowledge of current customer missions
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or related discipline
