Job Description:
Raytheon is seeking an Office Administrator for our location in Kuwait City, Kuwait. The Office Administrator will perform a wide range of administrative support functions and tasks in support of the office operations, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating supplier engagements and events, supporting local program-related activities, and assisting with onboarding of Raytheon personnel transitioning to Kuwait.This Office Administrator will research, analyze information, prepare reports and manage internal office affairs.

  • Reception/manage site access for employees and visitors - Access control/ Restricted Party Screening/Badges/Office Security.
  • Ensure seamless arrival and stay for cross-business leaders, business executives, customers, visitors/guests arriving for meetings, customer visits, program reviews, etc.
  • Provides administration and support of travel itineraries for employees of the company on temporary or travel work assignments. Ensure hotels/airport pick up/drop offs are scheduled/arranged in a timely manner; book flight/car rentals as required.
  • Coordinate with Program Management Office, Product Line personnel, Finance, HR, CONUS admins, employees and others as required to ensure ongoing tasks are complete as new hires/expats arrive in-country; onboarding all upon arrival; provide support while settling-in (transportation; acquisition of host country driver licenses and insurance; provide team with briefing on host country customs, rules, and regulations; training and orientation of office policies, procedures and equipment.
  • Coordinate with property management company, as applicable, for any related tenant/occupancy issues that may arise
  • Support program-related presentations, program reviews, administrative support to Program Managers in preparation for Program Management Reviews, Ops Reviews, etc.
  • Coordinate/plan employee events, local recognition, and informal communication across expats, families, and local/OFN workforce
  • Coordinate and assist in planning of meetings with government ministries and agencies, as required.
  • Defines and manages procedures for retention, filing, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records, to ensure compliance to company policies and safe keeping of all documentation, mail delivery, local communications.
  • Handle all expenses/WebTE and outbound travel demands for in-country leaders
  • Processing of office related expenses, accounting and financial planning in coordination with the IDS Business Manager (Finance)

Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 8 years of related experience supporting a senior leader or executive with minimal supervision required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic analysis of data and working knowledge of collaboration tools, web interface, intranet, internet, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Customer-service experience (internal or external)

  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible work environment; Overtime may be required to meet the business demands.
Required Education (including Major):
  • BA Degree in a related discipline

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
