Provide Material Master Administrator support for the Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) Material Master (MM) team located in McKinney, Texas. The SAS MM team manages the material master data in PRISM and APEX for the SAS sites located in El Segundo, CA; Goleta, CA, Sunnyvale CA, Anaheim Hills, CA; North TX; Forest, MS; Largo, FL; O’Fallon, IL; Ft. Wayne, IN; Cambridge, MA; Aberdeen, MD; Annapolis, MD; Columbia, MD; St Louis Park, MN; Middletown, RI; Arlington, VA; Dulles, VA; McLean, VA; and Salt Lake City, UT. Material Master Administrators process new requests to create material masters and change requests to existing material masters in Raytheon's PRISM (SAP/R3) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Material Master Administrators are responsible for verifying the accuracy and applicability of program, plant and enterprise data elements of system generated requests (ZMRs) to create material masters and changes to existing material masters in Raytheon's PRISM (SAP/R3) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The position is located in McKinney, TX, and the candidate’s initial responsibility will be for Texas, Florida, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts and Virginia sites. Transactional processing of material master requests includes screening new requests to ensure the material does not currently exist; creating and maintaining Basic Data and key general data views; routing requests to appropriate subject matter experts, e.g. Accounting, Mission Assurance, SCM, or GPD for additional processing and/or approvals. Candidate will be required to support the daily prioritization of workload, track status to ensure priorities are being completed in a timely manner; coordinate identified issues with the appropriate business and program contacts to rectify issues impacting completion of material master requests; and initiate corrective actions with material master requestors and other Raytheon business Material Master teams as required to ensure that material master data adheres to the current plant practices, business unit and Company policies and desk instructions (MM validation rules).
