 Program Evaluation and Analysis
  • Assist the SLPD PM and SLPD Deputy PM with the aggregation and analysis of training evaluation data from the NGC End of Course Learning Event Survey forms and NGC End of Course Session Reports to determine the efficacy of the SLPD Training Program.
  • Prepare summary presentations to describe and depict the effectiveness of SLPD training program courses and workshops.
  • Assist the SLPD Program Manager (PM) and SLPD Deputy PM with capturing and analyzing training metrics information and making recommendations for how the instructional delivery and curriculum could be strengthened.
  • Conduct after action review (AAR) meetings with SLPD instructors to convey key insight from NGA Session Reports to instructors to improve the quality of instructional delivery.
Curriculum Development
  • Help the SLPD PM and SLPD Deputy PM convert NGA SLPD needs into requirements that can be satisfied by developing a new training course or ad hoc workshop.
  • Assist the SLPD Deputy PM with conveying requirements for production of instructional materials to the SAIC SLPD Production Team.
  • Assist the SLPD Deputy PM with Communications with training course participants by preparing and sending welcome letter communications via email to course participants.
Contract Management
  • Assist the SLPD PM with the specification and negotiation of commercial contracts with residential training centers.
  • Assist the SLPD PM and SLPD Deputy PM with preparation and delivery of Program Management Review (PMR) presentations for the SLPD customer and In Progress Review (IPR) presentations for SAIC Leadership.
  • Assist the SLPD Deputy PM with invoicing by preparing list of courses taught each month as well as the dates those courses were taught and send to the Chief of SLPD to support submission of the SAIC invoice to NGA.
  • Assist the SLPD PM and SLPD Deputy PM with preparation and revision of the annual training schedule by collaborating with the SAIC Program Manager, NGA SLPD Leaders, NGC Registrar, instructors and residential training facilities to prepare annual training schedule for each SLPD Training Program Option Year.
  • Assist the SLPD PM and SLPD Deputy PM with troubleshooting problems as they arise, and formulate and implement innovative solutions in near-real time.


TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience or HS Diploma and ten (10) years of experience. This contract will allow for experience over education.
