    Job Description:
    This position is part of the Raytheon Global Security Services (GSS) Counterintelligence and Investigations (CI&I) organization charged with providing proactive, actionable threat intelligence through trend identification, data analysis, ­report writing concerning, counterintelligence, work place incidents, terrorism, and acts of espionage to all global security disciplines. The GSS CI&I Threat Analyst Manager is a key member of a team that delivers strategic data and predictive analytics to business leaders to help identify and convey insider threat and threat management events to our business. This will require managing a team of GSS CI&I analysts in expanding and maintaining the framework for the overall insider threat and risk intelligence program.

    Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    Identifying, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating information from multiple data sourcesNotifying decision makers and global security disciplines about events and incidents that could impact Raytheon derived from various business tools, internal and external data sets, and other sourcesConducting analyses through the use of advanced analytical and visualization tools, counterintelligence methodologies, network theory, and business intelligence analysis of security data to predict threats and vulnerabilitiesStudying historical data, research trends, and analyze effects of decisions or events to evaluate threats to business assetsManages various analytical tools and information systems to identify and follow trends in order to provide actionable intelligence to key business leadersDevelop processes, procedures, and notifications to analyze and measure security risk and implement appropriate risk mitigation methodologies
    • Preparing meaningful, actionable threat reports using threat data to help drive risk management and mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborates with the GSS CI&I Leadership Team and other stakeholders on programmatic and enterprise policy development; develops and coordinates new and updated processes across their area of responsibility, shares results across the enterprise, coordinates improvements with key support groups.
    • Providing instructions and clarification of tasks to ensure affective execution.
    • Conducting assessments of direct reports; providing performance feedback to other leaders as requested.
    • Managing conflict and guiding resolution of teaming issues effectively and efficiently.
    • Required Experience, Skills & Education:

    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in counterintelligence/law enforcement investigative background
    • Ability to identify requirements from multiple data sources and develop executable action plans
    • Managing teams during complex investigations
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to motivate, train, mentor and empower personnel
    • Detail orientated and focused
    • Experience with intelligence reporting, analytics and analytical report writing
    • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
    • Bachelor’s degree

    Desired Experience, Skills & Education:
    • Prior US Government (USG or USIC) Counterintelligence or law enforcement community is highly desired
    • Previous experience with Insider Threat/Threat Management data analysis
    • The ability to work effectively with people in various functions, programs, and business concentrations
    • Presentation and leadership briefing skills
    • Prior experience with USC or USIC systems is a plus
    • Strong working knowledge of open source data bases and commercially-available analytic and/or detection systems is highly desirable
