Job Description

Join a team of Operations/Production Control Professionals providing a combination of program and product line support as well as manufacturing floor support in the areas of material flow, planning/execution, and tactical production/operations support. In this role, you will utilize multiple shop floor and MRP related systems to ensure alignment between material position and production capability/schedule. This role requires leadership abilities and will coordinate daily interaction with other cross-business teams to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. You will work manage production control improvement projects across multiple Value streams and be responsible for driving improvements in overall PC metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience with knowledge of manufacturing, planning/scheduling, and or supply chain
  • Systems knowledge/experience with MRP, Shop Floor Management, Inventory control and or other related systems.
  • This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • SAP ERP (PRISM) knowledge – Production and Depot processing
  • Experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma concepts
  • Proven self-starter with ability to motivate and influence across functional groups
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and business communication skills
  • Proficient skills working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Required Education (including Major):

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or equivalent related field
