KBRwyle Information Solutions Operating Unit is seeking a Management Analyst to join our software development team.

Our team produces powerful, next-generation logistics and flight data analysis tools which provides advanced information and data visualization to a wide range of users across DoD echelons, from the mechanic on the flight line, to the PMA analyst, and upstream through logistics decision-makers.

The successful candidate will be required to interface with executive level management/customers and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties include: Develop, analyze, and evaluate distribution of work assignments, management controls, oversee contract deliverable process and execution, applies general knowledge of the management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by project managers and customers. Experience includes assisting in drawing conclusions and devising solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structure, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource management, utilization or control. Experience in assisting in the development and maintenance of program or project milestones, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation. Other duties may be assigned.

Bachelor's Degree or (4) years of applicable professional work experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented

Able to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality

Able to evaluate performance to existing schedules of activities and contract deliverables

Able to collect and assess project information for the upkeep of performance timelines

Experience with MS Office Products

Experience with MS Project

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work in a team environment (Agile Scrum)

Clearance Requirement:

US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance


Experience with CMMI ML 3 processes

Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Knowledgeable on software lifecycle management documentation
