We are seeking an Operations Integrator positions in support of the U.S. Army CECOM Software Engineering Center’s Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors Directorate.

This role supports the Directorate’s Division responsible for post-deployment/post-production sustainment of various intelligence processing and avionics-type systems. Position is part of an Operations Integrator team and is in a fast-past environment with simultaneously ongoing tasks and projects in support of globally deployed Soldiers.

Specific Operations Integrator duties include, but may not

be limited :

Provide advice to leadership on how to best integrate capabilities into their ongoing operations and analytical efforts

Participate in meetings(e.g., status meetings, planning sessions), at the discretion of leadership, to maintain situational awareness and to provide advice and assistance, as appropriate

Coordinate content and follow-on actions for staff and synchronization meetings

Make recommendations for and participate in the Government’s selection of viable solutions to the assigned organization’s requirements

Track and manage tasks assigned to the organization from the higher headquarters, to include researching, collecting, preparing, and formatting task-related information

With appropriate guidance, prepare, coordinate, and submit the organization’s input for the Command and Staff meeting, prepare presentations and special reports in support of requirements and missions

Coordinate VIP visits and other activities designed to increase external awareness of the organization’s mission

Prepare input for Command and Staff/Mission meetings

Coordinate, and prepare input for Weekly Activity and Point of Main Effort reports

Participate in the Program Management Review process, the OP-29 process, and funding “drills” to provide operational- focused supporting information

Coordinate with Center Program Execution points of contact for required financial performance information, or produce financial reports as required

Serve as their respective organization’s Software Release Coordinator

Coordinate the staffing of documents such as Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement, draft doctrine, and information papers

Develop and maintain organization-level policies and procedures

Participate in strategic planning in support of organization’s lines of effort

Maintain master schedules that track progress towards organizational objectives

Manage organizational staffing accountability to include visibility on current needs, actual staffing, and projected requirements

Manage the organization’s Strategic Communication objectives

Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the contract’s Performance Work Statement


Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with 5

years or HS Diploma and 9

years of experience required.

A Current Secret security clearance required for this role.

The following skills are also required:

• Familiarity with Army organizations and staff structures

• Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills

• Ability to work with little or no guidance or supervision

• Detailed oriented and commitment to quality

• Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations

• Ability to shift priorities on short notice and adjust to fluid schedules

• Excellent written and verbal skills, with a capability to express ideas and concepts with a strategic audience in mind

• Proven critical thinking and analysis skills

• Tact and ability to negotiate with various USG and contractor personnel

• Intermediate MS Office skills, especially with Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Working knowledge of SharePoint to include uploading, storing, and organizing documents and permissions
