Description

SAIC is looking for a Helpdesk Agent to lead a team responsible for answering how-to helpdesk calls!


Responsibilities:

 

•  Identify and resolve Microsoft issues for users over the phone in real time


• Create Service Now tickets and analyze trends


• Lead team of three agents


• Hold trainings and team meetings


• Prepare schedules and approve time off


• Prepare monthly reviews

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in related discipline and six (6) year of related experience; OR, High school or equivalent and seven (7) years of related experience.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification
  • Teaching or Training experience

 

Required Clearance:

 

• Must be able to obtain & maintain a Public Trust Clearance
