needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. Perform functional allocation to identify
required tasks and their interrelationships.

into Healthcare environments. Facilitates
Business Process Change and will provide Change Management Consulting to ensure
that organizational aspects (i.e. organizational culture, fit, etc.) are
addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented. Performs technical and business related
research to support client needs, assist in the installation/implementation,
development and analysis of materials/processes/systems. Works with team in the analysis, formulation,
development and delivery of engagement material and results. Completes operational analysis and documents
through workflows and workflow scenarios. Individuals in this job family will have regular interaction with
clients. Consultants may also work on
projects at customer sites alone or with a team. (It should be understood that
this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any

General Responsibilities:

· Receives
assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet
· May be
solely responsible for all phases of a consulting engagement.
· Provides
guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established

· Establishes
and recommends changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s).
· Works on
complex problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires
evaluation of identifiable factors.
· Exercises
judgment within generally defined procedures and policies in selecting methods
and techniques for obtaining solutions.
· May provide general
supervision to lower level supervisors and direct supervision to exempt
employees and/or skilled nonexempt employees.

Mandatory Skills:
· Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration (or related field) or equivalent and 7 years
related experience.
· MBA or
clinical credentials preferred
· Must be a US
· Operational experience
across HIM and Coding
