As a Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager, you’re results-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction. In this role, you’ll support the IDS Circuit Card Assembly business area in Andover,MA, and you’ll be the liaison between Supply Chain and the program Integrated Product Team. You’ll create, manage and execute material program strategy and the material program plan to ensure program competitiveness and performance from the front end of the business through contract closure.

In this role, you’ll identify and secure Supply Chain resources to support the capture plan and manage the Supply Chain content of the proposal pipeline. You’ll also be responsible for the supplier management process and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality and warranty.

The position will require team building and working closely with other Cross Business Teams and Integrated Program Teams to achieve both Integrated Supply Chain and program objectives.

Key Responsibilities
*Execution and planning of program MPP and MPS
*Financial Management

  • Earned Value budgets
  • Targets
  • Working capital
  • Material forecasts
  • Estimate at Completion (EAC)
  • Responsible for developing and executing material sales forecast
  • Management of CCA Supply Chain content of Proposal and compliance to Cost Analysis and Price Analysis process.
*Oversight of all ISC activities to ensure program objectives are met in a timely manner
*Material variance analysis (VARs)
*Accountability for closeout of contractual obligations (i.e., deliveries, open commitments)
*Work as key contributor in a Cross Business Team environment
*Support of quarterly business area reviews and monthly operating reviews
*Supplier flow downs and Supplier Management Best Practices including risk mitigation



U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.


Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations experience
  • Production Planning experience
  • Experience with MRP / ERP systems (e.g. SAP / PRISM)
  • US Citizenship is required
  • This role will require Raytheon MPM Certification within 1 year of hire.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively – including customer, Raytheon, teammates, and suppliers
  • Ability to achieve results and effectiveness of multiple functions considered to be of significant importance to the business’s short-terms and long-term success
  • Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills for both short-term requirements
  • Familiar with any combination of the following ISC tools: SAP, MRP, WebPlan (Kinaxis), WaveTrak, VBS, and be EV certified or in the process of becoming EV certified.
  • Material Program Management Certification
