  • Provide high levels of customer service, promptly executing on tickets, professionally and clearly communicating with customers, documenting ticket status and escalating when needed.
  • Provide documentation and training for the internal team, external customers or support groups on subjects you are familiar with.  Seek ways to integrate and smooth the delivery of service.
  • Develop expertise in the applications the team supports:  OKTA, RSA, PAM and ID Manager.  Provide problem diagnostic and resolution with these tools.  Learn the inter-dependencies and data flow into and out of the tools.
  • Learn details of both L-GDIT and L-CSRA people, processes and environments.  Stay aware of and involved with integration efforts and the impacts they have to our customers.  Be an ambassador within the team for existing L-GDIT systems and history.
  • Be prepared to join support calls (411/911/SRT) and to accomplish occasional after hours work.
  • Acquire supporting skills among Microsoft technologies:  AD, PowerShell, Azure AD, O365, Windows 10.
  • Desired skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communications
    • Familiarity with service ticket systems
    • Experience with RSA
    • Experience with account management
    • Knowledge of legacy GDIT support processes, people and tools
    • General AD knowledge

Qualifications:

2-5 years of related experience in systems administration and analysis.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
