The SAIC team shall support a government agency in developing and managing IT governance procedures; providing IT infrastructure and IT services required to manage and operate Government IT resources and business functions; operation and maintenance of IT systems, keeping IT systems viable with supported vendor releases and software updates; deployment of integrated information systems; and protection of critical infrastructure. The Change Manager defines discrete systems with processes to link together complex systems and components with software applications to perform as a coordinated whole. Has a broad range of skills and a breadth of knowledge in several IT disciplines including systems and enterprise architecture, software and hardware engineering, interface protocols, and general problem solving skills. May include analysis of transition planning, intelligence formation requirements, and may develop architecture baselines. Assists with and leads development of integration and migration plans/schedules. Acts as an advocate for internal and external clients as the ultimate authority on the architecture design to address client business problems. Supports business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements. Change Manager will bring all infrastructure changes under the control of a single set of processes. Will seek to establish a stable environment and to maximize the benefits of change while minimizing the risks.
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and three (7) years or more experience; PhD and four (4) years related experience. 13+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Minimum five years specialized experience in using an ITSM software solution, and IT change management in a distributed environment across multiple platforms
Minimum three years as a team leader or sole contributor
Experience with ServiceNow and WebEx
Experience with applying ITIL standards
Experience writing reports for executive leadership
ITIL Practitioner Certification
