Job Description:
The Raytheon IIS Hardware and Infrastructure (HW&I) Engineering team has immediate openings for Infrastructure Integration Engineers. The qualified candidates will be skilled in design and implementation of infrastructure services through the full design, build, integration & test, and delivery lifecycle of the system.


An existing US Government Secret security clearance is required for this position.


Note: Candidates with a current US Government Secret security clearance or higher are eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus if the clearance is confirmed and the candidate is hired by Raytheon

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in the use of VMware products (vCenter/ESXi) to create and deploy virtual machine images
  • Skilled in deploying and configuring Windows servers, including Active Directory and GPOs
  • Experience with Windows DNS configuration, implementation of PKI certificates, and patching via WSUS in an isolated network environment
  • Experiencing integrating and troubleshooting COTS and FOSS software providing various infrastructure services
  • Knowledgeable in the design and implementation of system backup services
  • Must have an existing US Government Secret clearance

Desired Skills:
  • Experience hardening systems to US Government Information Assurance standards
  • Exposure to block- and file-based storage services in both NAS and SAN environments using EMC, HPE, and NetApp products, including creating Windows CIFS/NFS storage pools
  • Knowledge of datacenter LAN network service configuration using Cisco and Juniper equipment
  • Familiarity with the design, implementation and tuning of SNMP- and polling-based enterprise monitoring services using products such as Solarwinds, HP OpenView, and Nagios
  • Exposure to Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) services compliant with US government standards (e.g. ePO, HBSS)
  • Experience designing and configuring Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solutions based on RSA and/or Duo token authentication products
  • Familiarity with Blue Coat proxy server product
  • Exposure to McAfee Intrusion Detection Service (IDS) appliances
Required Education (including Major):
Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 6 years of related work experience or 14 years of related work experience in lieu of a STEM degree. 130336BR 130336
