Raytheon High Consequence Missions is seeking Senior Effects Planners to support customer activities in Tampa, Florida. Successful candidates will have significant expertise and experience in supporting unique sensitive Special Operations missions and activities. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility on day one of employment.
Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supplement unit planning effort by leveraging intelligence support for target network analysis, center of gravity analysis, red teaming, and collection requirements.
  • Develop assessment criteria and implements assessment plans to ensure accurate measures of performance and effectiveness of plans and executions.
  • Produce a variety of documentation to include Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Operation Plans (OPLANs), Operations Orders (OPORDs), Fragmentation Orders (FRAGOs), white papers, and other military documents as required for Government approval.
  • Prepare and present briefs for guidance and decisions by senior officials and government leaders.
  • Advise on the use and implementation of Information Related Capabilities, Brief plans, concepts, and executions at SOCCENT, CENTCOM, and Joint Staff echelons in order to secure approval.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and synchronizing of operations as directed
  • Provide subject matter expertise
  • Provide assessments, strategies, and recommendations as required
  • Provide quarterly input to products as directed
  • Liaise, as directed, with other government and non-government representatives
  • Contribute in the development of orders, concepts, and other official communications
Required qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship and valid U.S. Passport
  • Current Top Secret /SCI clearance with CI POLY
  • Current CI poly (within the last 5 years) or able to obtain a CI poly as directed
  • 15 years combined work related experience with minimum 5 years since 2010 as a Joint Planner.
  • Must be a graduate of Joint or Defense MILDEC Training Course (JMTC or DMTC) or equivalent.
  • Must be a graduate of one of the following:
  • Special Technical Operations (STO), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Electronic Warfare (EW), Operations Security (OPSEC), or service Military Deception (MILDEC) course, or equivalent.
