    Raytheon High Consequence Missions is seeking Operations Personnel Technician to support customer activities in Tampa, Florida. Successful candidates will have significant expertise and experience in supporting unique sensitive Special Operations missions and activities. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility on day one of employment.
    Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel

    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    Provide learning and coordination of the Global Force Management (GFM) program, INSCOM Linguist Support program, and the Staff Like Access (SLA) process for the JOG-C Operations Directorate.Facilitate Global Force Management (GFM) utilizing Special Operations (SO) and General Purpose Force (GPF) units and individuals at tactical to the regional or sub regional level in the CENTCOM AOR.Facilitate the de-confliction process and coordination of assigned, attached, or OPCON request for Forces (RFF) personnel/units and linguists.Assist the Operations Director in establishing GFM requirements utilizing published strategic operational and tactical level plans to include unified command plans, CONPLANS, OPLANS, EXORDS, supporting plans, and theater security cooperation plans.Manintain electronic data bases for Customer linguist programs to include:
    • Request for Forces (RFF)
    • Request for Support (RFS)
    • Personnel and Unit Trackers
    • Contract Linguist Support Requests
    • Contract Linguist Monthly Accountability Report
    • SLA documents.
    • Provide assistance in tracking and updating the customer personnel tracker to maintain day to day boots on the ground accountability.
    • Required qualifications:

    • U.S. Citizenship and valid U.S. Passport
    • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
    • Current CI poly (within the last 5 years) or able to obtain a CI poly as directed
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Global Force Management supporting Military of DoD equivalent agencies.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with SOF and General Purpose Forces (GPF) within the CENTCOM AOR.
    • Minimum 3 years, experience utilizing Force Requirement Enhancements Database (FRED) or service/interagency equivalent system.
    • 1 year experience conducting unit/agency Fiscal Year Change Requests in Department of Defense Global Force Management database.
    • Graduated the Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM) Course or course equivalent.
