Raytheon High Consequence Missions is seeking Plans Technician to support customer activities in Tampa, Florida. Successful candidates will have significant expertise and experience in supporting unique sensitive Special Operations missions and activities. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility on day one of employment.
Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Derive operational and administrative requirements through mission analysis for customer published strategic, operational, and tactical level plans.
Assist in the assessment of the effectiveness of current plans, policies, and procedures; develops engagement strategies for associated activities.
Assist in providing customer J3 input to internal Operational Planning Teams (OPT) and Joint Planning Groups (JPG).
Assist in the deliberate and crisis actions planning.
Assist in maintaining ng electronic database for customer J3 Plans, policies and procedures products.
Asssit with the JOG-C OPSEC Working Group.
Assist in the development and management of the customer AT/FP plan.
Assist the customer Operations Directorate in any Personnel Recovery planning and operations.
