Raytheon High Consequence Missions is seeking a Target Development Analyst (TDA) to support customer activities in Tampa, Florida. Successful candidates will have significant expertise and experience in supporting unique sensitive Special Operations missions and activities. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility on day one of employment.
Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide target recommendations and options
  • Support senior level engagements with internal and external targeting Community of Interest (COI).
  • Support coordinating targeting efforts with the Intelligence Community and Interagency organizations on the behalf of the client and in support of CENTCOM priorities.
  • Develop, coordinate and maintain unique intelligence products as directed
  • Coordinate with other intelligence disciplines and staff as needed
Required qualifications:
  • 5 years combined experience within the past 10 years in the CENTCOM AOR, providing direct support to SOF units, commands, or similar/relevant Interagency units to include:
  • Irregular Warfare analysis Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs)
  • Associative targeting (individual, cells, network Command and Control (C2) and logistics)
  • Adversary networks and operating patterns
  • U.S. Citizenship and valid U.S. Passport
  • Current CI poly (within the last 5 years) or able to obtain a CI poly as directed
