Integrated Product Team Lead responsible for establishing and managing program’s schedule (IMS) and cost analysis, earned value metric systems (EVMS) baseline, monthly EACs & LRE reporting for both labor and material forecasting for large scale system-on-chip digital ASIC development. The successful candidate will be evaluating and working team’s risk and opportunity management to resolve critical issues (ensuring program milestone are met), PDR and CDR, through Baseline Change Request, resource/staffing needs, and technical interchange meetings with Customers.
Candidates will work closely with programs, system engineering and system-on-chip development teams to architect and develop a large custom ASIC (+100 million gates). The candidate must be capable of:
Creating and owning a detailed ASIC development plan and execution to plan that meets program objectives
Understanding and advocating a rigorous and systematic ASIC design processes to ensure design compliance
Functioning in multi-disciplined design teams and working on multiple projects
Interfacing with program office and customer communities to ensure program objectives are achieved
Working with department and section leadership team to appropriately staff, plan and execute on projects
Managing project execution of multiple functional disciplines across multiple sites across Raytheon
Interface with program management and chief engineer as the team’s liaison through creating presentations for weekly PPRs and monthly PMRs
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline is required. Masters’ Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline is preferred
This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
