Enterprise Systems Administrator

Provide oversight and administration of DRSN systems, VoIP systems, and VoSIP systems throughout all of the Pacific Air Force (PACAF).
Provide scheduled, unscheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance for VoIP system servers (CUCM, CUC, CUP, Cisco License, and WebEx) and routers (CUBE boundary gateway, media gateway).
Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge of VoIP and VoSIP hardware, software, system utilities, error messages, and current versions of Cisco CUCM Technical Manuals and deployment guides.
Establish network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
Evaluate network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, output, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
Upgrade network by conferring with OEM; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
Ensure systems remains compliant with all DISA System Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), Approved Products List (APL), Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNO), and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA).
Provide in-person or telephonic training and technical assistance to government personnel associated with operating and maintaining DRSN, VoIP, or VoSIP.
Travel may be required to military installations in South Korea, Japan, Guam, Alaska, and Singapore.
Provide Certification and Accreditation (C&A) support including Authority to Connect (ATC) and Authority to Operate (ATO).
Provide on-call support as required by the government client.


Requirements:
Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Security+ (or equivalent to satisfy DoD 8570 Requirement)
1-2 Years�?�¢�??�?? Call Manager Experience
Current Passport
