Seeking Engineering Manager for Raytheon Cyber Security Innovations (CSI) in Arlington, VA.

Our Engineering Managers lead a team of 50 cyber engineers who solve cutting-edge problems across the full spectrum of Computer Network Operations including vulnerability research, cyber capability development, multi-system emulation, and automated program analysis. Programs are undertaken with close customer coordination to quickly develop, deploy, and enhance real-world capabilities.

Raytheon Cyber Security Innovations (CSI) is looking for senior engineering leadership to provide functional direction of multiple engineering teams, manage employee career progression, and facilitate organizational growth in the Ballston, VA area. Candidates are expected to possess a sound foundation in engineering leadership, a strong ability to problem solve, and the ability to enable a dynamic engineering team to deliver solutions for a complex customer base.

Required Skills:

  • Experience leading large engineering groups (50+)
  • Experience with organizational leadership (budget responsibility, career mentor-ship, conflict resolution)
  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • Fundamental understanding of CNO (Computer Network Operations), VR (Vulnerability Research), and Software Development
  • 5 years of related experience

Desired Skills:
  • Experience leading formal customer engagements
  • Experience with large, complicated code bases in C/C++ (web browser, distributed systems, etc...)
  • Strong familiarity with Vulnerability Research / Fuzzing
  • 10 years of related experience

Required Education (including Major):
  • B.S. / M.S. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering preferred

Required Security Clearance:
  • TS/SCI
