The Benefits Analysts will assist in the day-to-day activities and services associated with the administration and continuous improvement of our benefit programs for our global workforce. These roles will focus on all aspects of benefit services including but not limited to health and welfare, paid time off, wellness programs, and new hire and annual enrollments. The ideal candidates will be versed in all employee benefit programs, customer service oriented, and effective communicators.
These positions are located in Falls Church and/or Chantilly, VA.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
2-5 years of related experience in benefit programs and administration

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and, professional training, or work experience.
