About the role

Support the Customer Experience Manager to deliver a service to our people ensuring the effective timely and quality driven service is given. The service covers the life cycle processes our people require support on from ‘hire to retire’. Direct Management of a team of Advisors.

About you

  • You will have experience of working within a HR Shared Service function and generic experience of delivering a query management service aligned to legislative HR processes
  • Ability to lead a team of people to deliver a quality service with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proven experience in a customer service administrative support role
  • Experience of implementing new policies and processes effectively
  • You will have experience of implementing a coaching programme to develop individual team members' skills and improve the customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, ability to coach and motivate others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CIPD qualified
