KBRwyle has a requirement for an Office Service Administrator to support the Colorado Springs, Colorado office. The Office Service Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day office administrative operation to include coordinating personnel and security actions, assisting with employee travel, and assisting the Site Manager with managing operations.
Specific duties include coordinating security clearance paperwork, scheduling interviews, new-hire on boarding, local purchasing, assisting with employee travel, facility/meeting coordination, scheduling, reviewing and editing reports, monitoring and tracking timecard and training completion, and managing the day-to-day office administrative operation.

A High School Diploma and 5 years’ experience as an office administrator or manager required. Candidate requires experience performing administrative and operational functions related to Human Resources, Purchasing, Security, Facility, Time Accounting, and Training Management. Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Office family of software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance is required.
