Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:


• Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.


• Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems with computers and software.


• Maintains and updates records in Service Now.


• Performs physical Desktop moves, images computers with Windows 10.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• AA degree in related discipline or HS and up to 2 years of experience
 
• WIN10 knowledge (must)

• AD knowledge

• Software install (Microsoft)

• Imaging knowledge
 
• Data back up knowledge

• AV knowledge - Service Now knowledge or other similar tool.

• Customer service orientated.
