Job Summary
This role is part of the Supply Chain Rollout Team that will be implementing SAP across multiple Conagra locations in the areas of Quality, Plant Maintenance, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Planning and Contract Manufacturing. Location for this role is flexible as travel will be required up to 90% of the time to various plant locations. Responsibilities will include data cleansing, process mapping, inventory reconciliation, user acceptance testing, end user training and plant stabilization.
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for data cleansing, stakeholder analysis & plant systems processes
Assist on-site during physical inventory & cutover activities to ensure material/batch/handling unit statuses & related data are accurate
Map manufacturing resources/equipment/processes, recipe collection & other data requirements
Responsible for process mapping & identification of equipment and resources
Identify users by site for training
Perform UAT & onsite end user training
Assist with inventory reconciliation & re-counts
Onsite shift coverage as necessary to ensure no gaps in coverage during operations
Provide one on one & group support during stabilization
Drives change and communications on system enhancements and/or advancements.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business or IT-related field)
1 to 2 years of experience in organizing, planning, and executing Supply Chain projects
Functional and Technical experience within Supply Chain fields such as quality, warehousing, manufacturing and scheduling
Thorough understanding of business processes and procedures
The ability to develop and/or explore multiple solution alternatives when addressing problems and to focus on quality and timely delivery versus activity
Strong command of both written and interpersonal skills.
High degree of organizational skills.
Previous experience in systems support activities, i.e. business to IT liaison
Previous experience in defining system requirements and test scenarios
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with expertise in Excel and strong analytical skills.
Experience with project & change management.
Travel up to 90%
