PMO Expense Report Processor - Military veterans preferred

ManTech is seeking a customer oriented Expense Report Processor to provide unparalleled support to our employees by reviewing employee expense reports for accuracy and completeness. The position is part of a Program Management Office (PMO) Team based in Herndon, VA and offers flexible work hours and telework but the selected candidate must be located in the Washington, DC area to attend group meetings and functions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Audit employee expense reports for accuracy and correct coding in accordance with ManTech policies and procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulations and Joint Travel Regulations.
Match receipts with all line items on expense reports, ensure correct coding by verifying expenses and project activity id.
Contact employees when submitted expenses are incomplete or incorrect and assist them with travel and expense report related questions.
Provide ad hoc training to employees regarding the completion of expense reports and travel authorizations.
Review and research additional information as needed and liaise with the ManTech Finance Team and other PMO team members to resolve issues to ensure employees get reimbursed in a timely manner.
Performs other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requires high school diploma and four to five years of related experience.
At least two years of experience with processing expense reports; prior experience using PeopleSoft online expense report processing systems is highly desired.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Must have good attention to detail and ability to work independently to process a high volume of work accurately.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office particularly with Excel.
Security Requirements: May be required to get a Secret security clearance in the future.

This position is a remote position working 30 hours a week with the potential to earn overtime. The ideal candidate must be located in the Northern VA or DC/MD area since some work will require onsite travel.
