ManTech is seeking a Program Management Assistant to join the Program Management Office of one of our DoD contracts. You will work with a team of seasoned professionals to support a team of nearly 150 employees across the country. This position is the gateway to a career in National Security/Cybersecurity.
Successful candidates will be organized and familiar with a high tempo environment. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Receive and assist visitors and clients
• Capture minutes and actions from meetings; format and distribute as required to attendees and stakeholders
• Coordinate and facilitate logistics support for meetings, including preparation and distribution of materials, communications, and scheduling and reservations
• Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Printing, scanning, filing and copying items as needed
• Maintain organizational charts, distribution lists and contact information for staff
• Track employee certifications and expiration dates
• Track security clearance information or otherwise assist the Program Security Office as needed
• Facilitate training requests and approvals for contract employees
• Facilitate performance award requests and approvals
• Assist with data entry and formatting of reports for customer deliverables

• Must be eligible to obtain security clearance and willing to submit the necessary information to complete the security clearance process
• 0-2 years office experience
