Raytheon Global Business Services (GBS) has an opening for a Financial Analyst II in the cash management department which is very crucial in the cycle of generating cash for Raytheon Company.

Job Description:

  • Customer invoicing of various types of government, commercial and foreign contracts
  • Responsible for unbilled items on assigned contracts
  • Review new contract input and modifications for accurate billings
  • Analysis of cost incurred in SAP project module and reconciliation of any variance with the SD module(Billing)
  • Work with Program Office to resolve issues, period of performance, cost in excess, billing code problems, etc.
  • Meet with Data Integrity Group and Contracts Department to resolve funding issues
  • Participate in Six Sigma Specialist Projects to effect process improvement
  • Understand FAR regulations as they apply to Government Financing

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of applicable finance experience
  • Experience with current financial software tools and understanding of related applications
  • Deliver effective presentations to external customers
  • Willingness to travel and participate in ad hoc projects

  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with MS Access database software
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
  • Experience with Microsoft office (pivot tables)
  • Related Billing Experience

Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
