Perform duties in both CONUS and OCONUS as a Field Service Representative (FSR) providing CUAS system support for system integration and deployed systems.
Candidate will provide training, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and upgrades to Expeditionary Electronic Warfare systems in OCONUS fielded locations. This includes various Command and Forward Operating Bases within the CENTCOM AOR.
Support unit deployments, overseeing, directing, and executing integrated lifecycle support, network support, and operational training of CUAS systems; this includes providing on call system support and assistance as needed by fielded units to include determination of usability and functionality of CUAS when operators report problems; provide rapid feedback to deployment unit personnel; provide over the shoulder training and impart system level knowledge to unit personnel; provide operator and maintenance refresher training upon request from units; work jointly and coordinate with other agencies, groups and Contractors whenever necessary to maximize support to the users in the field; maintain and archive work order logs and submitting/tracking/processing/reporting Trouble Tickets (TTs) for any depot level required support.
Required Education & Experience:
Associates Degree + 6 years of experience or high school diploma and +8 years’ experience in lieu of degree.

Ability to lift and carry 80 lbs. unassisted for short distances.
Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, and ramps while carrying up to 40 lbs.
Ability to work in small, cramped spaces.
Ability to perform required job duties outdoors in conditions that may include extreme high and low temperatures, rain, snow, and high winds.
Ability to sit for extended periods while traveling in an off- road vehicle.
Ability to stand and walk without rest for at least two (2) hours.
Ability to bend and/or twist legs, arms, and body within normal range of motion
Available for a flexible work schedule, including extended or weekend hours, sometimes on short notice, to include holidays as needed.
Ability to meet all OCONUS location- specific requirements as outlined by DOD 4500.54- G, Foreign Clearance Guide.
Knowledge of military wheeled vehicle maintenance processes, policies, culture, operation, and training
Previous experience supporting similar deployments and the knowledge and capability to move from location to location while in-country is.
