Job Description:
The Program Integrator (PI) is a direct report to the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Program Planning & Scheduling (PPS) Directorate and dotted line to the Program Director for the AMRAAM® Program. The AMRAAM® air-to-air missile is the world's most sophisticated air dominance weapon. With more than 25 years of design, upgrades, testing and production, the AIM-120 missile continues to meet all warfighter requirements. Its capabilities have been fully demonstrated in more than 4,200 test shots and 10 air-to-air combat victories.The AMRAAM missile is a versatile and proven weapon with operational flexibility in a wide variety of scenarios, including air-to-air and surface-launch engagements.

This selected candidate is responsible for the development and implementation of Program Management Plans, processes, metrics and tools associated with obsolescence management of the program; recommending and implementing best practices as warranted by program execution situations; working directly the Program Planning & Scheduling Team (PPS), the Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads and functional support personnel to lead day to day program execution and program battle rhythm.

The PI takes day to day direction from the Program Director to assist with managing obsolescence to ensure program execution meets cost, schedule and technical performance requirements. In addition to developing, implementing and tracking key program metrics around obsolescence, the PI is responsible for ensuring consistent, coordinated and accurate reporting for the program and the customer. The PI works with program leadership to develop and document program strategies and plans, then monitors those plans to ensure successful completion. The PI will interface with the government customer to help ensure funding paths and mitigation plans align with overall consortium and customer strategy and constraints. This position is based in Tucson.

Key Job Functions:

• Assist with the day to day program execution cadence (battle rhythm) of the program, ie risk review boards, program management reviews, failure review boards, configuration control boards, etc.
• Execute and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives, consistent with program requirements and RMS policies.
• Collaborate with other CPS personnel to ensure Top-level Master Phasing and the Integrated Master Schedules meet program strategies, objectives and milestones.
• Identify and implement key program metrics. Work with IPT and Functional leads to implement and drive closure of corrective actions as warranted.
• Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits.
• Deploy Program Management Best Practices to include Earned Value.
• Lead the production team of five in day to day operations
• Interface directly with customers and suppliers regarding production contract performance and execution
• Identify and deploy PM best practices
• Integrate risk and opportunities into program EACs

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Business management, Program management or functional role
• Experience supporting production Team of Five – supply chain, engineering, operations, quality, and program management
• Program knowledge to include an understanding of customer/program requirements, development, production, and program management process flow
• Experience working both domestic and international programs
• Experience using one or more of the following program management tools: Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management or similar business processes
• Program knowledge to include an understanding of customer/program requirements, development, production, and program management process flow
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical/cost/schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:

• Raytheon Program Management certification, Level 5 or equivalent
• Experience with customer interface of Missile Defense Agency (MDA)
• Department of Defense Industry or other relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Cost Estimating/BOE generation
• Demonstrated understanding of Product Life Cycle Development
• Raytheon Earned Value Certification
• Proficiency with Program Management tool suite or similar systems

• Required: Bachelor’s degree with Majors: Engineering, Business or other technical field preferred. Will consider bachelor's degree combined with relevant years of professional experience in Program Management.
