SAIC has a career opportunity for an IdOps Master Scheduler to support a Navy customer in in the Washington DC area.
The Master Scheduler will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring a schedule management system; monitor material flow to ensure shipping goals are met and collaborate with engineering personnel on the creation of production bills of materials. The Master Scheduler will collaborate with information technology personnel to analyze and create enhanced functionality in manufacturing applications; interface with organizational stakeholders to better understand business goals and revise master schedules as needed.
BS degree in Electrical, Systems, Computer Engineering; Computer Science or Physical Science.
Eight years or more related experience.
Working towards the following certifications within one and a half year after assuming duties: Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) (Previously known as Certified Software Engineering Professional (CSEP)), or with COR approval complete a vendor/platform specific certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Sun Certified Professional (SCP), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), other).
