Cushman & Wakefield are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for suitably qualified professionals who have relevant Contract Management experience.
The Cushman & Wakefield service delivery team is responsible for the delivery of a range of property and facilities management services and its various agencies nominated freehold and leasehold property portfolio across New South Wales (NSW). This includes property and facility management, procurement exercises, minor churn, environmental and associated financial management services.
The portfolio is diverse and includes, but is not limited to, commercial offices, depots and heavy vehicle inspection stations.
Role Purpose
The Contract Manager provides professional and strategic FM and associated Property Management Services to our client. The role provides leadership and guidance to the Cushman & Wakefield service delivery team and oversees the management of subcontracted services to deliver a continuous focus on customer service and is the main point of contact for the client.
About the role:
Financial management of budget, forecasts and actual results for total portfolio
Monitor and review financial and service delivery performance for both scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance works.
Lead a customer service culture and actively engaged team to ensure client commitments and communication requirements are met at and above the expected level
Client and supplier relationship management through regular meetings and reporting
Responsible for achievement of the contract KPI achievement
Responsible for meetings all contract deliverables and performance levels; including final approval and submission of all variation calculations, scope changes/additions/deletions and other contract related changes.
Ensure optimum facilities and property management services are provided in the day to day operations of properties across the clients portfolio, monitoring workloads and supporting and/or adjusting the teams focus to where it is required
Management of procurement activities, in conjunction with C&W central procurement, ensuring NSW government procurement guidelines are followed
Overall management of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Quality and Risk for the portfolio and contract
Deliver accurate and timely reporting that encompasses the major lead indicators for service delivery
Escalation point and contact point for major event management scenarios (cyclones, OH&S incidents)
Direct management of the dedicated C&W team and overall responsibility for the entirety of the teams’ performance
About You:
Previous experience with Facilities and/ or Property Management at a managerial level
Strong reporting and administration background
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate Computer Skills; JDE or Converga experience desirable
Strong customer service background
Tertiary qualifications in finance, property/FM, business services or related discipline
Experienced in meeting external and internal client needs consistent with service level agreements
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and influence business relationships in a positive direction
