Performs program analysis and financial reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations of an ever-growing, complex contract with an attention to detail.
Responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis.
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure business operations in regards to invoicing and Cloud computing.
Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
Manages and tracks staffing levels compared to what was proposed and submit timecard corrections, when needed.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the use of pivot tables, sumifs, and vlookups to assist with the various financial reports.
Supports assigned managers in managing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial data as requested, as well as reviewing contract modifications for accuracy.
Participates in the preparation of cost proposals from beginning to end and ensures all estimates are accurate and in-line with contractual requirements.
Conducts audits and analysis of their organization's direct and indirect costs, and reviews their practices and procedures, ensuring that labor and non-labor charges are approved, allowable, and processed in a timely manner.
May have risk identification and recovery responsibilities.
Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as DAR, FAR, SOX and other government regulations.
Tracks subcontractor invoices against the Purchase Orders and ensures they are correct, processed, and approved in a timely manner, as well as the invoices to the customer.
Participates in special projects as required.
2-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.

Bachelors Degree in Finance or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
