Description:Works with multiple plans, schedules, budgets and oversees projects that include the reconfiguration and alteration of office space, equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other off site facilities projects/actions per program and customer requirements.

Gathers and reviews data concerning office, facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion dates, and construction feasibility.

Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms.

Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.

Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.

Responsible for Facilities Engineering (FE) safety initiatives, presentations, multiple project constructability, process improvements and maintaining FE specifications and standards and providing assistance to fellow project managers.

Required to coordinate with all Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Programs and Areas.

Responsible to work with both Capital, includes DRDB System inputs, Capital Excellence Plans, new project development descriptions, statements of works (SOWs), project estimates, and Overhead Budgets.

Responsible to be very knowledgeable in the use of FE Systems including Maximo, Project Wise and all applicable Aero Codes.

Basic Qualifications:
Leadership experience.

Facilities Project Management experience.

Experience using Maximo and Project Wise systems.

Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Capital Project Funding.

Knowledge of the current relocations systems and process.

Knowledge of the current Lockheed Martin office space utilization standards.

Facilities project management experience at Lockheed Martin focused on office space.

Experience in understanding customer requirements versus wants with regards to space programming for work groups and leadership.

Effective prioritizing of complex facilities project and programming efforts.

Familiarity of Air Force Plant #6, Lockheed Martin Property and Buildings, general building conditions, work groups, points of contact, and business goals.
