Support U.S. Navy Program as the Raytheon liaison for ATFLIR public private partnership at Fleet Readiness Center South East (FRCSE). Individual is responsible for coordination of contract CLIN items during the repair cycle while inducted at FRCSE will receive primary direction from the ATFLIR Mission Support IPTL. This person will be responsible for day to day communications with FRCSE, in support of Raytheon monthly program goals. Maintain the accuracy of part status in both internal and external Management Information Systems. In this role, this person will interface with FRCSE Management, U.S. Navy supply/logistics personnel, Raytheon Field Support Representatives (FSRs), Government Property Management, Supply Chain, Sustainment Engineering, Operations, and others as needed.
Primary duties include:

ATFLIR liaison is responsible for the overall management of Total Asset Visibility and the efficient and effective management of spares and the support pipeline and its supporting Management Information Systems.

The liaison is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Point of contact for interaction and collaboration with FRCSE Management, Artisans and Production Control
  • Facilitate the movement of material between the Raytheon repair depots/warehouses and the Navy supply depots
  • Shipment of repair parts to/from the Texas depot and the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) repair depot
  • Maintain Navy Commercial Asset Visibility System (CAVS) database accurately as needed to augment ATFLIR Item Manager
  • Perform inventory management and ensure accuracy of inventory records
  • Process material receipts and shipments using PRISM
  • Coordinated with Operations and Production Control for parts replenishment needed to maintain adequate stock levels to support repairs
  • Support analysis of throughput, HPU, and cost/funding metrics

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in military supply, logistics, maintenance or a related field
  • Working knowledge of military supply management concepts and processes
  • Working knowledge of CAVS, Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) or a similar inventory management system
  • Must have comprehensive experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) to generate and/or assist management for preparation of depot repair schedules and reports
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Required Education:
  • BS degree in Business, Operations Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical field. NOTE: In lieu of Bachelor's degree, candidate may also possess an Associate's degree with 8 years' related experience or High school Diploma with 12 years' of related experience.
