Description

SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst. The Analyst will perform the following:
  • Coordinate and prepare to execute the conduct of several JROTC training and certification courses. This will include planning, coordinating and supporting the pre-course management, the conduct of the course, and course closeout activities. 
  • Developing and maintaining training participant rosters; coordinating and distributing course welcome materials; maintaining course schedules and associated adjustments; Uses JROTC Command Information Management System (JCIMS) to track and export instructors status report; creates and maintains an independent roster database of the instructors attending the JROTC School of Cadet Command (JSOCC) courses; maintains emergency contact information; synchronization of transportation requirements in support of training iterations; and developing and delivering training completion certificates. 
  • Seek process Improvements/redesign for this coordination and training effort. 
  • Backup facilitator of various JROTC briefings and training products and should be comfortable in front of a classroom of senior Army Officers and NCOs. 

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience. High School diploma or equivalent and seven (7) years or more of related experience may be applied in lieu of Bachelors.
 
Required Skills:
  • Must be skilled in oral and written communications and ADP skills to include database management.
  • Knowledge to analyze statistical data to develop policies, procedures, objectives, and areas of special interest to meet training requirements.
  • Coordinate and implement policies directed by HQDA, MACOMS and other uniformed services.
  • Must have excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. 
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years active duty military service
  • Prior military experience and basic knowledge of the JROTC program is also a plus.
Clearance Requirement:
  • Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
