We are looking for an energetic & passionate individual to join a growing Airborne Processors (ABP) business headquartered in Plano, Texas. ABP resides within SAS under the Electronic Warfare Mission Area and is growing with over +$300M in backlog. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is ready to learn while providing finance support for our Sustainment and Repairs contracts.

Job Description:

  • Processing of all LRIP repair purchase orders from program setup through closure
  • Maintenance of repair order information in Oracle database
  • Metric and trend reporting for LRIP repair purchase orders
  • Financial management of various Sustainment programs including weekly and monthly cost & funding reporting
  • IOT preparation and maintenance
  • Generation of weekly reports for labor, costs, and other items as needed
  • Assist with preparation of weekly finance Program Performance Review (PPR) and monthly Program Management Review (PMR) charts
  • Assist with quarterly Estimate to Complete (EAC) preparation for repair projects
  • Other assignments as needed to support the program
  • The candidate must be willing to communicate and ask questions and work with other functional organizations to accomplish team objectives
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements
  • Ability to learn processes quickly and apply knowledge to unique situations
  • .U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional level role
  • Strong written and verbal skills including demonstrated ability to succinctly present complex information to management
  • Must be flexible and willing to deal with a wide range of work assignments
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work through problems with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize workload ยท
  • Knowledge of key financial systems and tools (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Participate in the reporting and control of costs
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize concurrent requirements and accommodate numerous stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of Earned Value Management fundamental

Desired Skills:
  • Strong Microsoft Office Software suite including on Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse and PRISM
  • Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
  • Experience in the DoD and/or Aerospace

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Finance, Accounting, or Business field (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
