Quality Program Manager for C6ISR programs with
focus on ASW Market Segment programs in LM RMS
location-Manassas VA. Responsibilities for
this position includes supporting AS9100 Quality
System oversight, certification and audit coordination
role and providing software quality, system engineering, test and integration expertise to assigned programs. Work as a member of an integrated cross functional team during capture, development and
production phases of programs. QPM responsibilities will include reviewing customer deliverables, participating in system, software and T&I development activities, supporting internal peer reviews of work product documentation, supporting tests activities, performing process/product evaluations and audits, verification and approval of deliverable development and production software related work products, monitoring and coordinating Corrective Action Requests, and supporting program assessments and ensuring product/process compliance. Partner with program
managers on assigned programs to provide risk
identification and mitigation support to ensure
effective Return to Greens when necessary along
with driving closure of structured independent
program/proposal review actions. Utilize structured
root cause and corrective action methodologies and
Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence plans/events
to support overall program performance and
continuous improvements. Participate in RMS level
initiatives when necessary and act as a change agent
for the business. Interface with DCMA and Navy On
Site team representatives to support external
oversight and sell off requirements. Support external
audits including AS9100 formal certifications and
Quality System updates. Analyze program and quality
performance metrics to identify trends that impact
programs and work with the program teams and local
management to develop and implement effective
corrective actions.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledgeable of QAA, WebInspect, PMM and other defect tracking/reporting and analysis tools.

Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100/ CMMI standards.
Process/Product auditing experience.

Knowledgeable in system and software development, build and release processes, integration/test, configuration management and the full development life-cycle processes and tools.

Experience with proposal basis of estimate (BOE).
Strong team player, and team building skills.
Must have group facilitation skills and be capable of performing process audits, conducting system software or document inspections during all phases of the product life cycle.
Experience in development and production of complex systems and products. Lean Six Sigma or other continuous
improvement experience with ability to drive change.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interface with cross functional team including
working in a virtual environment. Ability to obtain
Valid Security Clearance of Secret or higher required to start.
Desired Skills:
Quality and Program Management experience
QA System/Auditing knowledge
Experience with EPDM, genBOE, Agile process and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Knowledgeable of Software requirements in the Operations/production environment
Experience with EVM and work package statusing Coordination of site QA System preparations for
AS9100 certification, renewals
Certified Green / Black Belt
Product development and production experience
Direct customer interface experience including
government agencies, DCMA, US Navy etc
Risk management and mitigation
experience Proposal/Capture experience
