The National Security Customer Group, DoD Agencies & Commands & Enterprise Services Directorate of SAIC currently has a full- time position for a Security Support Analyst to support the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) J3, Fort Meade, Maryland.


The Security Support Analyst will provide Security Support services to strengthen and safeguard USCYBERCOM information, people, and facilities. The analyst will collaborate with USCYBERCOM and its stakeholders to implement and maintain a comprehensive ACCM and STO/SAP program that ensures compliance with and access to ACCM and program office security policies; and requirements for USCYBERCOM and the CMF. Responsible for a wide variety of personnel security functions related to in-processing and out-processing of command affiliates for the command Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) and STO/SAP programs. Responsible for preparedness to pass additional layers of security review and adherence to need-to-know and material contribution criteria. Supports stakeholder coordination, meeting and activity planning, and program training efforts to comply with USCYBERCOM policy. 



The Security Support Analyst will support the management and oversight of a comprehensive Special Compartmental Information (SCI) program. Manages and maintains security files and forms including, but not limited to, foreign national association reports, unofficial travel requests, investigation packages, and security accreditation. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suites software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Exhibits knowledge of all security oversight publications, instructions, and guides. Possesses practical knowledge and experience with the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and/or Scattered-Castles. 

Daily activities may include: 

  • Exhibits an in-depth level of knowledge of all security oversight publications, instructions, and guides. 
  • Contributes substantive content to the development and implementation of security policies. 
  • Initiates action towards accomplishing assignments and assists in furthering progress toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives 



  • Minimum five (5) years of experience performing Special Security Officer duties with a Bachelor’s Degree.  Years of experience may be included in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook 


  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph or the ability to obtain a polygraph.
