ACT Finance is seeking a Sr. Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst to join our team in El Segundo California. Primary responsibilities will include cost and schedule control and analysis, EVMS, EAC preparation, Project setup and NWA management, Financial Planning, and support of routine financial reviews with management. Other responsibilities include coordination and collection of data, analysis of data for financial accuracy and trends, preparation of internal and external financial reporting, forecasting and analysis of bookings, sales, profit, cash, and backlog, and proposal participation. Additionally, the individual will develop program budgets, review actual costs, coordinate cost/schedule variance analysis, independently ensure company policies are followed and financial discipline is maintained, and frequently perform ad-hoc analysis. This individual will also support the preparation of the 5 Year and AOP forecasts for their specific area ability to partner with other functions and flexibility to meet business expectations is needed.
Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as well as support of 5 Year and AOP forecasting.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline with 4+ years related work experience OR Master’s Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline with 2+ years related work experience
  • Ability to plan and manage daily tasks, analyze, provide results, and recommend solutions to management
  • Experience communicating with all levels of management both verbally and in written form
  • Experience with Earned Value Management and reporting
  • Sales, profits, bookings and cash flow forecasting experience
  • Experience MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), SAP
  • Positive attitude, strong initiative and ability to work independently
Desired Skills:
  • Finance experience in the Government and Defense Industry
  • Experience with R/3 (APEX), SAP BPS and Business Warehouse.Organizational, prioritization, and analytical & problem solving skills while being able to multitask effectively
  • Ability to identify and quantify risk & opportunities
  • General knowledge of FAR/DFAR, CAS and RTN 10255
  • Knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
