SAIC is seeking a highly
qualified senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale software modernization development
and integration project with a Federal government agency and support ongoing
IDIQ task order proposal responses.
for end-to-end delivery of a complex software development and integration
project (45+ FTEs), and managing multiple Scrum teams, including software
developers, business analysts, test engineers, web designers and documentation
closely with the government technical leadership, other government contractors
supporting the program, and SAIC and subcontractor teams.
all aspects of the program; meeting technical, schedule and financial
requirements; supervising subcontractor personnel; managing customer and
subcontractor relationships; risk management; and serving as a direct liaison
between the SAIC technical team and the customer.
for schedule and financial management, status reporting, and working with SAIC
contracts, subcontracts, and project control throughout execution.

order requests for proposal responses.

degree and at least nine years of related experience.
At least eight years
of experience leading complex, enterprise-level software development and
Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
At least three
years of experience using Agile Scrum to manage enterprise-level web
application development projects.
At least three
years of software development experience in a web-based environment.
