Description:The Skunk Works is looking for world-class talent in Mission Systems engineering to join the 75 year tradition of creating advanced aircraft.
The Communications Systems Engineering Support comprises the full scope of work from solution analysis, technology development, engineering and manufacturing development, production and deployment, operations and support across the complete end-to-end system and across the complete life cycle.
Analyzes, models, designs and simulates communications systems, subsystems, and algorithms for communication networks, data links, digital radio, battle management, and command and control systems such as wide and local area networks, point-to-point systems, secure systems, signal coding and modulation schema, digital radio/communications technology and network architecture design.
The candidate must be effective working in team environment environments. Strong verbal and writing skills are essential.
Must be a US Citizen. Position is located at a facility that requires special access. Selected applicant must have a Secret Security Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.
Bachelor or above in an Engineering Discipline or related STEM Degree
Experience in Tactical Communications
Experience in Systems Integration
Experience in Command and Control (C2) Communications
Background in Tactical Communications
Requirements Management experience
Demonstrated understanding of network data interfaces
Test and verification experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated data analysis experience
