To assist a broker team with brokerage services and administration.
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
Assist team with gathering and maintaining current documentation for all clients and projects.
Work with broker team to assist with business development activities, showings, tours, and surveys.
Enter, manage and maintain all real estate information in all databases and other brokerage activity ensuring consistently accurate and current data.
Abstracting leases and maintaining a client information data base.
Maintaining broker team’s Engage database and/or similar tools.
Work closely with Research Department to compile research information for meetings, pitches and presentations including but not limited to market trends, demographic information, CoStar surveys, etc.
Work closely with Marketing Department to compile material for meetings, pitches and presentations.
Responsible for creating and editing the content of marketing materials, presentation, proposals, responses to requests for proposals, flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans, maps, case studies, qualifications booklets, email blasts, announcements, presentation boards, aerials, etc. utilizing corporate standard templates.
Day to day administrative tasks such as invoicing, expenses, travel bookings and event planning.
Bachelor Degree and minimum of 2+ years of prior real estate administrative experience supporting brokerage professionals
Or any similar combination of education and experience
Must obtain a DC, Virginia and Maryland real estate salesperson’s licenses
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills
Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
Proven record of providing both internal and external customer service
Excellent attendance and punctuality
May be responsible for touring teams’ clients
May work into a junior brokerage position
May work into a transaction manager position
