Job Description Summary
The Project Coordinator will report to the Executive Managing Director and will serve as support for the Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Hotel Team. This position is responsible for support of client service activities such as pitch and proposals, transaction support from inception until post-closing, and fee-earner operational support. The Project Coordinator will ensure the hotel team is able to meet the needs of its clients as well as help grow the platform.
Job Description
Marketing/Deal-Related Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain the team’s internal pipeline and market tracking initiatives to help achieve team’s production and operational goals.
Diligently update and maintain the team’s contact database (Salesforce), ensuring all relevant contact information is accurate and up to date.
Create and manage deal-specific campaigns (Salesforce & RCM): NDA processing, due diligence site access, contact response tracking, client update reports.
Develop deal toys/tombstones and coordinate closing dinners at the end of each deal.
Assist team members in preparing client-facing presentations/reports as needed.
Maintain the team’s research database using the internet, articles, and partnering with research department.
Manage team’s LinkedIn initiatives.
Assist with the coordination of client communications, conferences and events.
Ensure that all marketing materials present the C&W brand consistently and follow corporate brand standards.
Coordinate information flow of deals and maintain regular contact with the marketing team for PR and branding purposes (Press Releases, Ecards, etc.).
Additional Responsibilities:
Participate in best practices conference calls.
Provide support to team in technology applications, i.e. Salesforce, OneDrive, Evernote, RCM, Exact Target, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and other company supported programs.
Produce timely and accurate of word-processed documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

Important education
Bachelor Degree or commensurate experience preferred
Important experience
1-2 years of real estate or marketing experience preferred
General knowledge and practices of commercial real estate, in particular with capital markets and/or hospitality preferred
additional eligibility qualifications
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Adobe InDesign experience preferred
