Job Description: The Driver Associate Sr. will performs a wide variety of tasks related to transporting materials, supplies, and people in support of the office and business; Operates assigned vehicles to transport passengers, material, and/or merchandise; Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating, and communicating tasks in support of maintaining timely pick-up and deliveries; Prioritizes activities to ensure efficiencies in the workflow and day-to-day tasks; May check data and verify information to ensure accurate completion of tasks; Determines and communicates impact to affected individual or area; Takes initiative and resolves inconsistencies by taking corrective action; Prepares reports, maintains records, replies to inquiries. Will be required to perform administrative task in support of the mission center operational requirements.

  • Plans, schedule, and coordinate pick-up and delivery of passengers, materials, and/or merchandise in support of the business and program;
  • Ensure vehicles and other company tools are safe and working order before use;
  • Maintain records, receipts, and documents on behalf of the branch office according to company guidelines;
  • Remain professional at all times; Prepares vehicle, conducts operator maintenance, ensures safe operating condition;
  • Estimate travel time, arrange for short/long term parking, determines occupancy and luggage requirements;
  • Delivers items to approved destination, unloads/loads merchandise, maintains schedule and protects all company property and information;
  • Provide a safe route to include assessing road conditions, weather, and/or traffic patterns;
  • Mission Center admin support which includes preparing conference room for meetings/presentations, assisting with program review support, providing admin support to staff, office record-keeping, mail delivery, coordinate drivers’ tasks, local communications, broadcasts, newsletter, plasmas, etc.
  • Reception area responsibilities such as badging visitors, interaction with both internal and external customers, order and arrangement of office supplies, direct and screen incoming calls, maintain spreadsheets, etc.
  • Maintains travel logs, maintenance records, and submits invoices/receipts as appropriate
  • Provide admin support to other areas as needed in the Mission Center (Finance, HR, and Supply Chain).


Required Skills:
  • Safe driving record and hands-on experience transporting passengers
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in administrative role
  • Working knowledge of local laws and regulations as it relates to transportation services;
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of effectively negotiating diverse business practices and customs in a fast paced environment;
  • High Level of Integrity and consistent performance in related field

Desired Skills:
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic
Required Education (including Major):
  • High School or Intl. equivalent
  • Active Qatar Driver's License
