Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Project Manager, in the Falls Church, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. The FSS Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. The ManTech Team is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team supporting the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). The project manager candidate will be responsible for supporting, but not limited to, the following:

  • Serve as Project Manager supporting all areas of engineering and operations for various IT projects.
  • Report to the ManTech Program Manager in every aspect of planning efforts, new IT efforts, system assessments, project schedule development, cost, scope, quality, etc.
  • Prepare periodic status reports documenting all aspects of the project.
  • Lead weekly meetings with all project stakeholders to discuss risks, issues, completed activities and planned activities for the upcoming week.
  • Analyze project status data to recommend corrective actions
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with key client personnel
  • Support corporate functions (time reporting, policies, etc.)

Position Requirements:
  • Experience identifying and performing schedule risk analysis.
  • Experience establishing/maintaining schedule templates, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • IT technical knowledge and experience
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
