Description:Responsible for establishing program localization strategies, leading localization capture requirements and executing localization programs for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Well developed capability related to capture, program management, business acumen and contracts will be required.
Individual will also be responsible for all RMS and corporate industrial participation financial and program reporting for KSA programs, and for financial analytics required to support business cases for KSA localization plans and strategies.
Thorough knowledge of evolving localization rules and processes in KSA is a must.
This role will be expected to work closely with extended program and capture teams, along with industrial participation and supply chain teams to support localization efforts in KSA. This individual will sit on the KSA industrial development integrated country team, representing RMS, and be expected to coordinate with counterparts across all business area for localization in KSA.
Responsible for offset and other industrialization contract terms and condition to ensure there is alignment with corporate policies, and that T&C positions are sound and consistent across programs within the business area, and as well as with the other Lockheed Martin business areas to ensure the enterprise has standard positions. Demonstrated negotiation ability a must.
Support and lead other unique projects as required for the improvement of capability and efficiency within the line of business.
Critical thinking, problem solving and cultural sensitivity/perspective/norms a must. Good oral, written and presentation skills. Strong financial, analytics and business acumen, with risk analysis/management experience. Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally. Diverse business and/or program background including a level of familiarity with project and program management principles. Contract drafting, negotiation and administration. Self-starter, highly motivated and strong ability to work independently once assignments are communicated. Experience working in an international business environment. Ability to work effectively in teams and multitask in a fast paced environment, along with solid interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with functional, and RMS LOB business leaders.
Experience working with finance and programs, with some level of knowledge of international offset and industrial participation. Experience working international programs. PC application, Share Point and database experience. International experience having worked directly with personnel from a variety of cultures. Experience working with capture teams with support to business development and program teams in support of program execution. Program and/or project management skills and experience. Some familiarity of financial reporting, forecasting and revenue recognition, specifically ASC 606. EVMS a plus. Exhibited skills and knowledge of the principles of Join the Journey and Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives. Demonstrated drive for execution excellence in meeting objectives.
